Powerbolt® provides the convenience of keyless access for today's active lifestyle. The latest in electronic technology operates on just 4 AA batteries and permits access with your personalized code or a key. It is easy to install, easy to program and easy to use. Powerbolt requires no wiring and easily replaces existing door hardware. Available in Bright Brass and Satin Chrome Finish.

KEYLESS ENTRY
4-8 digit personal security code unlocks deadbolt. One touch locking. Includes two conventional keys for back-up use. Low battery indicator light alerts you to change your batteries when they run low. Alarm sounds after three consecutive incorrect codes are entered.

MAXIMUM SECURITY
Powerbolt® features a 1" (25.40mm) projection deadbolt with a 1/4" (6.36mm) hardened steel roller to resist sawing and prying. They also feature heavy duty strike plates with 3" (76.20mm) mounting screws to resist impact blows and two heavy duty 1/4" (6.36mm) mounting screws to secure the deadbolt to the door.

EASY INSTALLATION
Easily replaces existing door hardware. Fits standard 2-1/8" preparation on new doors. No wiring needed. Operates on 4 AA batteries. Choose any 4 to 8 digit personal security code and set code from inside the home. Codes can be changed as often as necessary. Accepts up to two security codes.

ADJUSTABLE LATCH
Powerbolt® includes an adjustable latch for 2-3/8" (60.32mm) or 2-3/4" (69.85mm) door backsets.

Easy To Program
  • You choose your own secret personal code consisting of 4 to 8 digits.
  • Your secret personal code can be changed easily, as often as you desire.
  • Weiser Lock Tip: Not all criminals are stupid - a four digit code used over years may become soiled. Once the 4
  • digits are obvious it only leaves a possible 24 combinations. Therefore Weiser Lock recommends a 6 - 8 digit code
  • for further security. It is also recommended to change your code once a year.
  • If 3 wrong codes are entered in a row a buzzer will sound for 15 seconds and the system shuts down to discourage further guessing.
Easy to Install
  • Easily replaces existing door hardware.
  • Only requires standard size deadbolt opening for installation.
  • Will operate on either a left or right-hand door.

FAQ

How do you change your Weiser lock access code?
Features
  • Remove the inner cover plate from the lock.
  • Locate the small round reset button near the left side of the circuit board (Red or Black).
  • To program, press the reset button once, then enter your 4-8 digit code on the exterior keypad, then immediately press the middle lock button on the exterior keypad. You will hear a beep. This signals that your code has been accepted.
  • To enter a second code, follow the same procedures as in step 3, but this time press the reset button twice then enter your code.
